Notification of Infringement:

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

  6. Sign the notice.

Counter-Notification:

If you believe that your material that was removed or disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our DMCA agent:

  1. Identify the material that has been removed or disabled and provide the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. Provide your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the federal district courts located in [Location], if your address is outside of the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  5. Sign the counter-notification.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question.
